The Best Learning Culture award acknowledges Hexaware’s approach to integrating structured, role-based learning into daily operations. These initiatives are designed to build relevant skills aligned with business priorities.
The Soft Skill Development Program award was presented for Hexaware’s work in strengthening leadership and behavioral competencies across roles. The program emphasizes communication, collaboration, emotional intelligence, and decision-making, which are key areas for individual and team performance.
