The recognition is based on ISG’s continuous Customer Experience (CX) research, which asks enterprise clients to assess providers across six dimensions: Collaboration and Transparency; Execution and Delivery; Innovation and Thought Leadership; Governance and Compliance; People and Culture Fit; and Business Continuity and Flexibility. Hexaware scored above 90 in four of the six dimensions assessed.
