Uma Thomas

Uma Thomas is the Chief Risk Officer for Hexaware and additionally heads the Quality, Information Security and ESG functions. She has been with Hexaware for the last 15 years, and her focus is on strengthening the roadmap for enabling business agility and sustainable growth.

Uma works closely with the delivery organization and spearheads initiatives around quality, productivity & information security for successful project execution. During her tenure in Hexaware, she was instrumental in setting best practices for proactive management of the risk landscape with the highest degree of compliance.

Uma carries more than 30 years of experience in the IT industry, in organizations like Infosys, KPIT Cummins, and Patni, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics from NIT Calicut.
