Srinivasan Panchapakesan

Srinivasan, also known as Srini, is the COO of Hexaware’s Digital and Software practice. He is a goal-driven hands-on leader with over 33 years of IT experience in delivering solutions across various technologies.  Highly skilled in Cloud, Agile, DevOps (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional and AWS certified Solution Architect – Associate), Modern Delivery and Solution Architecture, Srini has deep expertise in product engineering, digital experience, APIs, compossible architecture, cloud-native development, platform-led solutions, and transforming legacy systems into modern solutions. He also has experience in various business domains such as healthcare, insurance, life sciences, banking and financial services, capital markets, education, and retail. 

Highly versatile with strong technical, operational, and business management skills, he has successfully led several complex business and technological transformation programs, delivering optimum business outcomes. An avid and passionate learner with 120 certifications in various disciplines, Srini inspires and empowers employees to embrace and adapt to new technology trends. In his earlier role, he innovated Hexaware’s automation-led Amaze® platform, designed to provide rapid and highly cost-efficient cloud solutions. 

In his current role, he oversees and leads Global Delivery for our Digital and Software service line. He is responsible for its growth by enhancing customer digital adoption, product engineering and user experience, delivery excellence, and employee engagement.  

He has been with Hexaware for over 25 years. Before joining Hexaware, Srini held key positions in iSoft PLC and Ramco Systems.
