Chinmoy Banerjee

Chinmoy Banerjee has over two decades of experience working in business consulting, IT services, business process management, and the banking industry. He runs the banking business vertical, North America Sales, and the Sales Transformation business unit at Hexaware. In addition, Chinmoy is also responsible for strategy and governance for the BPO function. In his career, he has focused on working with clients to solve business problems through a consultative approach and specializes in nurturing and building large businesses and teams.

Chinmoy joined Hexaware from Infosys where he spent nearly seven years as the head of Financial Services BPO for North America. Before joining Infosys , he worked with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) where he led BPO sales for two regions in North America. Prior to joining TCS, Chinmoy was a Principal Consultant in the Financial Services Sector/Strategy and Change group in IBM Business Consulting Services. At IBM, he was one of the founding members of the risk management and operations practice and sold and executed diverse deals that comprised risk management, core banking, bank setups, treasury and asset liability management.

Chinmoy holds a Trium Global MBA that was jointly awarded by New York University Stern School of Business, LSE, and HEC Paris. He is based out of our office in New Jersey, USA.
