Bennet Kumar

Bennet leads the Business Process Services (BPS) unit at Hexaware, where he is responsible for P&L management. He focuses on driving an AI-first solutions strategy, building strong customer intimacy, and providing leadership oversight to a highly talented global team. 

 He brings over two decades of global experience in BPS, consulting, operations transformation, sales, and account management across industry verticals and geographies. Since joining Hexaware in 2010, he has played multiple leadership roles in the BPS unit. Prior to Hexaware, Bennet held leadership roles at Tech Mahindra and TCS. Throughout his career, he has focused on building and scaling businesses by providing value to top-tier customers and leveraging expert teams. 

Bennet holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering and a master’s in business administration from India. He has also completed an executive education program at the Wharton Business School and was a Visiting Industrial Scholar at Carnegie Mellon. He is based at our office in New Jersey.
