Vidya Srinivasan

Vidya leads critical transformation initiatives for Hexaware, with a dedicated focus on accelerating the momentum on operational excellence.  Vidya also heads the Global Bid Management function – Hexaware’s central presales team, responsible for crafting cutting-edge solutions and program managing the RFx cycles, drawing from the technology and domain expertise from across the organization.

Vidya joined Hexaware in 2014 and has over twenty-five years of experience in the intersection of technology and core industries. She is experienced in driving technology-driven transformation across multiple geos and multi-cultural environments. She has worked at multi-business conglomerates such as SRF and Titan,  and with a world leading consulting organization, HCL and Satyam/Tech Mahindra. She is a self-fashioned change catalyst and change agent, successfully navigating business and technology challenges while enabling people to embrace the new.

Vidya is based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.  She is an avid fan of books, movies, dance, and music and an avid animal rights sympathizer. Vidya is an Industrial Engineering graduate from College of Engineering, Guindy, Anna University, and completed an Executive Education Management program from Fuqua School of Business, Duke University. She is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Master Black Belt, and certified in Quality and Organizational Excellence from the American Society for Quality.
