Sanjay Salunkhe

Sanjay Salunkhe heads the Digital and Software Services business unit for Hexaware.

Before joining Hexaware, Sanjay most recently served as the Managing Director for D&SE and CEO of Capgemini’s global business line for Digital Engineering and Manufacturing Services, where he was instrumental in leading the business unit into the leadership quadrant for multiple industry verticals.

Over the course of his more than 25 years as an IT leader, he has established and scaled business units that deliver significant top and bottom-line results to accelerate impact in the digital, software, and hi-tech engineering industries. He has built diverse teams at the intersection of innovation and business transformation in technologies like cloud, software engineering, AI, Robotics, IOT and 5G.

Sanjay is a strong advocate of adopting highly collaborative working partnerships with customers and has added value to leading organizations across the world. His focus is to help customers succeed with the digital transformation of value chains and enable the building of successful products and services for an increasingly connected world.

Sanjay holds a degree in Engineering and an MBA. He trained in leadership and management skills at Harvard Business School.

Sanjay is based in Massachusetts where he lives with his wife. They have a son who is currently pursuing graduate studies. Sanjay enjoys travelling, loves to golf, and paints in his spare time.
