Sukanya Kripalu

Ms. Sukanya Kripalu is a business strategy and marketing consultant, with extensive experience working with prominent corporations such as Nestle, Cadbury, and Kellogg. She has also served as the CEO of Quadra Advisory, a WPP group company. Her consulting experience comprises business strategy, marketing, brand building, and training. Her work has spanned a variety of sectors, including consumer electronics, FMCG, media, financial services, and oil & gas, catering to clients ranging from multinational corporations to Indian companies and public sector undertakings.  

Ms. Kripalu is a member of the Board of Directors for companies such as UltraTech Cement Ltd, Colgate India Ltd, CEAT India Ltd, Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail Ltd, Entertainment Network (India) Ltd, and Hindalco Industries Ltd, effective from September 01, 2024. In addition to her board responsibilities which encompass strategy, business development, and governance, she also chairs the Nomination and Remuneration Committee across several organizations. She has also been an active member of the CII FMCG Committee.  

Ms. Kripalu holds an undergraduate degree in Mathematics from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai, and a post-graduate degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
