Vikash Kumar Jain

Vikash Jain is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company. As CFO, he is responsible for key financial and legal aspects including corporate finance, taxation, treasury, mergers and acquisitions, risk management and investor relations. He is focused on partnering with the business to execute on profitable growth, drive process simplification & automation and build a best-in-class finance team.

Vikash is a leader with a strong track record of turning opportunity into sustainable growth and increased shareholder value creation. In a career span of more than 20 years, he has held multiple roles ranging from FP&A, BU Finance, Sales Finance, Controllerships, M&A and led various Project Management initiatives in multinationals like DXC, HP, Wipro Technologies, KPMG and Deloitte. Prior to joining Hexaware, he was CFO for DXC India and member of the Board. He played a key role in formulating and executing strategic priorities for the company in the country.

Vikash has a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy & Commerce from St Xavier’s College, Calcutta and is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

He is based in Mumbai, India.
