Eswar Venkatachalam

Eswar Venkatachalam manages the travel, hospitality, transportation and logistics vertical for Hexaware. He is responsible for building definite go-to-market strategies, defining service offerings, competency building, innovation, growth and client management within this domain.

He has over 25 years of IT-consulting experience in a global environment, with 13 years in the travel and transportation industry. Over the years, Eswar has focused on working with IT leaders to visualize and execute transformation agendas and overseeing them successfully transition from traditional outsourcing engagements to partnerships. He carries solid business acumen, strong technical skills, product development experience and operational expertise. Eswar was instrumental in signing the single largest deal, to date, in a transformation program within Hexaware. He has also won various sales and customer relationship awards, both in Hexaware and his previous organizations.

Prior to joining Hexaware in 1998, Eswar led the Offshore Development Center for a large Japanese customer at Square D Software Ltd. He has the experience of working with clients and teams in APAC, EMEA, North America, and Latin America.
